INSA Film & Story Festival
By registering or submitting an entry, you agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility
- Open to writers, storytellers, and creators across India (or as specified).
- Participants must submit original work.
- Plagiarism or copied content will result in immediate disqualification.
2. Submission Guidelines
- All submissions must follow the format and deadline mentioned on the website.
- Incomplete or late entries may not be considered.
- Submission does not guarantee selection or awards.
3. Awards & Production Opportunity
- Top 3 selected stories will receive an opportunity to be considered for development under DemetPictures Production.
- This is not an automatic production guarantee.
- Final decisions depend on:
- Creative viability
- Budget feasibility
- Market suitability
- Internal evaluation by DemetPictures
- Any production will proceed only after mutual agreement and legal documentation.
4. Participation Certificate
- All eligible participants who successfully submit entries will receive an Official Digital Participation Certificate.
- Certificates are for recognition purposes and do not imply selection or winning.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
- Participants retain full ownership of their submitted content.
- INSA Festival & DemetPictures reserve the right to:
- Read, review, and evaluate submissions
- Use titles/loglines for promotional purposes (festival-related only)
- No commercial use will occur without participant consent.
6. Fees & Payments (If Applicable)
- Submission fees are non-refundable once the entry is submitted.
- Payment confirmation is the participant’s responsibility.
7. Disqualification
We reserve the right to disqualify any participant for:
- False information
- Copyright violations
- Offensive or unlawful content
- Breach of these Terms & Conditions
8. Limitation of Liability
INSA Festival and DemetPictures are not responsible for:
- Technical issues during submission
- Data loss due to unforeseen circumstances
- Third-party platform failures
