Submission Rules – INSA 2025 – 2026

Eligibility

Open to all Indian citizens & residents.

All ages, languages, and backgrounds welcome.

Students, independent creators, beginners, and professionals may apply.

Submission Formats

Stories: PDF (3–10 pages)

Scripts: PDF (up to 30 pages)

Short Films: MP4 / YouTube Unlisted Link (3–15 minutes)

Micro-Dramas: MP4 / Link (1–5 minutes)

Creator Concepts: PDF + optional 1–3 min video

Fees Structure

Micro Drama Script Submission – ₹4,500
(Short-format original scripts, micro-drama concepts, episodic shorts)

Short Movie Submission – ₹3,000
(Completed short films | Fiction, social message, experimental | 3–15 minutes)

Feature Film Script / Concept – ₹5,000
(Feature-length screenplay, story, or complete film concept)

Submission Limit

A participant may submit up to 3 entries.

Language

All Indian languages accepted.

If not Hindi/English, add subtitles or a short translation.

Creator must own the rights.

By submitting, you allow INSA to showcase your work during the festival.
